Refunds & Returns
It is CampusCube's policy to do the best we can to make our college care package customers happy! If one of our Care Packages is lost or damaged in shipping, please contact support at: support@CampusCube.com and include the Order # and we will be happy to help track the shipment and/or provide a replacement.
If you've purchased a CampusCube multi-box care package subscription and your student is no longer attending school, please contact support and we will be happy to ship any remaining boxes to a different address or issue a credit for future use.
