Refunds & Returns
CampusCube loves to make our customers happy. If a Care Packages is lost or damaged in shipping, please contact support@CampusCube.com and include the Order # and we will be happy to help track the shipment and/or provide a replacement.
Refunds & Credits: If you purchased a CampusCube multi-box care package plan and your student has left school for any reason, contact support and we will be happy to:
- Ship the remaining boxes to a different address
- Or, issue a credit for future use
- Or, refund the balance for any unshipped items.
